Our boneless imperial portions of ham are naturally cured here in Sydney, using free range Australian pork. We’ve been using Kaczanowski as our curing partner for nearly 20 years, and we have heard nothing but great feedback. They also do on-the-bone ham, ham hocks, and whole hams (which are available around Christmas time or by special request).
