Sausages are our speciality here at Tender Gourmet Butchery. We make them from start to finish in-store, using fresh herbs. We have perfected the recipe using far less fat content than other butcher shops – a modest 12%. These sausages are made with a natural hog casing. Sausages are hand-linked by the butcher, and are roughly 8-10 pieces per kg.
Our sausages are naturally gluten free, apart from Lamb & Caramelised Onion and Beef Vegemite & Cheese. For more allergen information, do not hesitate to call us on 9907 1445.
