Sausages are our speciality here at Tender Gourmet Butchery. We make them from start to finish in-store, using fresh herbs. We have perfected the recipe using far less fat content than other butcher shops – a modest 12%. Sausages are hand-linked by the butcher, and are roughly 10-14 pieces per kg.
