Our free range trimmed lamb cutlets are beautiful grilling or on the BBQ. Our lamb is sourced from Kiewa Valley, down near Victoria, in the alpine bioregion near the Murray Darling Basin. Approx 12 cutlets per kg. Get them individually cut or as a prepared roast.
