Our lamb shanks are sourced from Kiewa Valley, down near Victoria. It is part of the alpine bioregion near the Murray-Darling basin. The lamb is free range.
The lamb shanks are approximately 3 pieces per kg. As they are quite long, feel free to get them cut in half to suit your needs.
