Our lamb is sourced from Kiewa Valley in Victoria, located in the Alpine bioregion near the Murray-Darling basin. The lamb leg has been deboned and butterflied for easy cooking in the oven.
Cooking Time: 30min @180°C or 20min @lowest heat setting each side on the BBQ
Tom’s Hot Tip: If cooking on the BBQ, cook on fat side down first.
